基于"开阖枢"理论探析针刺治疗NA-AION
Exploring the Treatment of Ischemic Optic Neuropathy through Acupuncture Based on the"Opening and Closing Pivot"Theory
摘要
Abstract
The population prone to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NA-AION)is middle-aged and elderly individuals.It is a rapidly progressive optic nerve disease.The disease characteristics include sudden and painless monocular or binocular vision loss,the appearance of visual field defects connected to the physiological blind spot,and optic disc edema.This article analyzes the pathogenesis of this disease from the perspective of the"opening and closing pivot"theory,considering it as a disorder of improper opening and closing of the pivot.It proposes that the treatment should mainly focus on regulating the pivot,and opening and closing should be coordinated.Clinically,the"opening and closing pivot"theory is used as the guiding principle,and the Longsha opening and closing six-Qi acupuncture method is adopted,combined with various diagnostic methods such as organ differentiation and six-meridian differentiation,for acupuncture treatment at specific locations.关键词
