全面推进乡村振兴背景下从留守农民到高素质产业农民的培育策略研究
摘要
Abstract
With the deepening of urbanization in China,the massive transfer of rural labor has led to significant characteristics of"aging,female population,and vulnerability"within rural society.Consequently,the shortage of rural talent has become the primary bottleneck constraining comprehensive rural revitalization.As the guardians of the countryside and the main force of agricultural production,improving the quality of left-behind farmers is a prerequisite for achieving"industrial prosperity."This paper analyzes the practical dilemmas left-behind farmers face during their identity transformation,such as policy deficiencies,misalignment of training content,outdated methods,and rigid scheduling.Accordingly,five cultivation strategies are proposed:constructing a policy support system,utilizing big data for precise analysis of training needs,optimizing flexible training schedules,innovating diverse training modes,and adhering to classified teaching guidelines.The aim is to activate the endogenous development momentum of the rural left-behind population through precise,flexible,and sustainable educational interventions,thereby achieving a virtuous cycle of rural human capital enhancement and industrial quality and efficiency improvement.关键词
