数智时代产教融合理念下"双创"型新农科人才培养模式探索

Abstract
Driven by the dual forces of digital and intelligent transformation,as well as the rural revitalization strategy,the demand for composite agricultural and forestry talents possessing both innovation capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit has become increasingly prominent in the construction of new agricultural sciences.In response to the prominent issues in the current cultivation of agricultural professionals,such as disconnection from industry needs,weak practical teaching system,and insufficient cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,this study systematically explores a new path for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in new agricultural sciences from five aspects:deepening industry-education integration,optimizing the curriculum system,upgrading practical platforms,strengthening faculty development,and innovating educational concepts.Practical application has shown that this model can effectively enhance college students'practical operation abilities,as well as comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship qualities,improve the matching degree between talent cultivation quality and industry needs,and enhance the cultivation quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in new agricultural sciences.关键词
