Abstract
To identify water-efficient,high-quality wheat varieties suitable for irrigated land cultivation in Xingping City and the Guanzhong Irrigation Area,the Xingping Agricultural Technology Center conducted a 2022-2023 trial screening of 16 new wheat varieties.Under standardized cultivation conditions,the study systematically evaluated the growth period,agronomic traits,yield composition,and quality indicators of each variety,while analyzing their adaptability to meteorological factors.Results demonstrated that the total growth period of the tested varieties ranged from 225 to 229 days,with plant heights of 62.2～77.6 cm,368 000～494 000 ears per mu,34.0～44.2 grains per ear,and 34.1～43.2 g per 1 000 grains.Significant differences were observed among varieties in ear formation rate,Fusarium head blight resistance,and bulk density.Overall,varieties such as Weilong 169,Xinnong 926,and Xinnong 511 exhibited outstanding performance in yield,resistance,and quality,making them suitable for promotion in irrigated land cultivation in Xingping City and the Guanzhong Irrigation Area.This study provides a scientific reference for local wheat variety renewal.关键词
