Research progress on rapid propagation technology of pomegranate tissue culture
摘要
Abstract
Based on relevant domestic and foreign literature,this paper summarizes the research progress in the aspects of explant selection,induction culture,proliferation culture,rooting culture,acclimatization and transplantation in the rapid tissue culture and propagation of pomegranate.It also analyzes the common problems and corresponding solutions in the rapid tissue culture and propagation of pomegranate,aiming to provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the in-depth research on the rapid tissue culture and propagation technology of pomegranate in the future.关键词
