A Comprehensive Understanding of Meridian Theory:A Study Based on Origin and Pathway of Chong Vessel

Abstract
The development and evolution of meridian theory have been shaped by a combination of philosophical ideas,theoretical knowledge,and practical experience,which is particularly evident in Chong vessel,as reflected in its origin and pathway.It examines historical understanding of Chong vessel's origin from physiological,anatomical,and embryological perspectives and explores the dual significance of its course characteristics.Based on this analysis,Chong vessel theory is proposed to have a composite nature encompassing four dimensions.These findings indicate that the formation of Chong vessel theory was influenced by diverse ideas,theoretical systems,and clinical experiences across different historical periods,gradually evolving into an integrated theoretical framework.Based on this,this study highlights the multi-layered and composite understanding of classical meridian theory,identifies its three levels,major issues,and potential solutions,thereby providing new perspectives and approaches for constructing a modern meridian theory system.关键词
