电热针对化疗期间中重度癌因性疲乏患者的疗效及安全性的影响
Efficacy and Safety of Electro-Thermal Needling in Patients with Moderate to Severe Cancer-Related Fatigue During Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of electro-thermal needling in patients with moderate to severe cancer-related fatigue.Methods:A total of 66 patients were enrolled and randomly assigned to the electro-thermal needling group and the control group,with 33 patients in each group,using random numbers generated by SPSS 25.0 software.During the study,all patients continued their chemotherapy according to the original treatment plan.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic management,including medications for pain and antiemetics as needed;on which basis,the electro-thermal needling group was also treated with electro-thermal needling using three acupoints and five needles technique,which involved needling Guanyuan(RN4),bilateral Shuidao(ST28),and bilateral Tituo once daily for 7 consecutive days.Before and after the treatment,fatigue was assessed using the Piper Fatigue Scale-Revised(PFS-R),performance status was evaluated with the Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)scale,and safety indicators were recorded.Results:After the treatment,the PFS-R fatigue scores in the electro-thermal needling group improved significantly compared with the control group(P＜0.05).The overall effective rate of fatigue improvement was 66.6％(22/33)in the electro-thermal needling group,which was higher than 36.4％(12/33)in the control group(P＜0.05).The KPS scores increased significantly in the electro-thermal needling group(P＜0.05),with an overall effective rate of 75.8％(25/33),compared to 48.5％(16/33)in the control group(P＜0.05).Post-treatment,the hemoglobin change in the electro-thermal needling group was-0.08±2.88 g/dL,showing improvement compared with the control group(P＜0.05).No significant differences were observed between the two groups in other safety indicators(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The three acupoints and five needles electro-thermal needling is effective for moderate to severe cancer-related fatigue.It can significantly improve patients' quality of life,increase hemoglobin levels,and demonstrate a favorable safety profile.关键词
