铺灸联合聚乙醇酸穴位埋线治疗脾虚湿阻型慢性疲劳综合征伴肥胖的临床研究
Clinical Study of Spread Moxibustion Combined with PGA Acupoint Catgut Embedding in Treatment of CFS with Obesity of Spleen-Deficiency and Dampness-Obstruction Pattern

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of spreading moxibustion combined with polyglycolic acid(PGA)acupoint catgut embedding in treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)with obesity of Spleen-deficiency and dampness-obstruction pattern.Methods:A total of 76 patients with CFS complicated by obesity of Spleen-deficiency and dampness-obstruction pattern,were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received acupoint catgut embedding therapy;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with alternating Spleen-strengthening and Qi-regulating moxibustion and middle-warming and dampness-dispelling moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Therapeutic efficacy was compared between the two groups.Fatigue severity was assessed using the Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14).Changes in Spleen-deficiency and dampness-obstruction pattern were evaluated using TCM symptom scores.Obesity-related indicators were recorded,and the Impact of Weight on Quality of Life-Lite(IWQOL-Lite)questionnaire was used to assess the degree of obesity and its impact on patients' quality of life.Results:The overall effective rate was 94.7％(36/38)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 60.5％(23/38)in the control group(P＜0.01).The FS-14 score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.01).The TCM symptom score,obesity-related indicators,and IWQOL-Lite score were all significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion:Spread moxibustion combined with PGA acupoint catgut embedding demonstrates superior therapeutic efficacy in patients with CFS with obesity of Spleen-deficiency and dampness-obstruction pattern,it can effectively improve clinical symptoms and enhance patient's quality of life.关键词
