Action Mechanism Exploration of Acupuncture in Treating Fibromyalgia Syndrome Based on Neuro-Endocrine-Immune Network
摘要
Abstract
Fibromyalgia syndrome(FMS)has a high prevalence and seriously affects patients' quality of life.Acupuncture has been shown to be an effective treatment for FMS,significantly relieving pain and improving emotional disorders and somatic symptoms.Research indicates that the therapeutic effects of acupuncture in FMS are closely related to its regulation of the neuroendocrineimmune network.This study summarizes the modulatory mechanisms of acupuncture in treating FMS,including inhibition of microglial activation,regulation of brainderived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)expression,protection against peripheral small fiber neuropathy,modulation of the hypothalamicpituitaryadrenal(HPA)axis,and regulation of cytokines,inflammatory signaling pathways,and gut microbiota.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for understanding the mechanisms of acupuncture in treating FMS and to guide future clinical research.关键词
