Blind Reconstruction Method for Blade Vibration Based on Sensor Pulse Waveforms

Abstract
Blade tip timing(BTT)is a non-contact blade vibration measurement technique.Aiming at the problem of under-sampling measurement signal,which leads to the requirement of large number of sensors,this paper proposes a method of blade vibration measurement and parameter identification based on the combination of blade tip sensor pulse waveform and compressive sensing,which can reduce the number of sensors through efficient use of sensor waveform data.With the blade tip sensor pulse waveform as the data source,according to the relationship between blade vibration and pulse waveform,the vibration displacement of blade in the measurement period was inverted.Then,based on the inversion signals of the two sensors,the blind reconstruction and parameter identification of the complete vibration displacement sequence of the blade were realized by compressed sensing method.Numerical simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reconstruct single-frequency and multi-frequency blade vibration,and has good anti-noise performance.The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by comparison of its results with the results of dynamic strain measurement test.关键词
