Advances in postharvest diseases of tropical fruits in China
摘要
Abstract
Postharvest diseases are the primary cause of losses in tropical fruits during postharvest handling,distribution and consumption.This paper reviews the latent infection mechanism of pathogenic fungi,the major types of postharvest diseases,and the control technologies of tropical fruits in China.The aim is to provide a solid theoretical basis and effective practical guidance for the management of postharvest diseases of tropical fruits,thereby supporting the sustainable development of the tropical fruit industry.关键词
