大豆田刺黄花棯种子的休眠解除及萌发特性研究
Study on dormancy release and germination characteristics of Sida spinosa seeds in soybean fields

Abstract
Previous investigation have shown that the invasive alien weed Sida spinosa L.has invaded soybean fields in parts of Jiangsu and shows a potential expansion trend.To explore the biological characteristics of S.spinosa seeds,Petri dish and pot experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of different environmental factors(temperature,photoperiod,pH,water potential,salinity,and depth of seeding)on seed germination and seedling emergence.The results showed that S.spinosa seeds exhibit dormancy,which can be effectively broken by soaking in concentrated sulfuric acid after dry storage at room temperature for 60 d.Seeds could germinate at temperatures ranging from 20 to 40℃,with optimal germination at 25-30 ℃.Different photoperiods and pH values had no significant effects on seed germination.The seeds also showed a certain tolerance to drought and salt stress,with optimal germination ranges of-0.3 to 0 MPa(water potential)and 0 to 80 mmol/L(salinity),respectively.Seed germination was severely inhibited at-0.6 MPa and 160 mmol/L.The highest seedling emergence rate was observed at the soil surface,and normal emergence was observed at soil depths of 0-1 cm,whereas emergence was difficult when burial depth exceeded 2 cm.These results indicate that S.spinosa seeds have strong adaptability to environmental conditions and possess the potential to invade soybean fields.关键词
