Abstract
Objective To explore the latent profiles of clinical leadership among intensive care unit(ICU)nurses and their influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 ICU nurses from five hospitals in Henan Province between May and June 2024.Data were analyzed using Mplus 8.3 and SPSS 26.0 software.Results The clinical leadership of ICU nurses was categorized into three distinct latent profiles:Low leadership-low charisma group(7.5%),moderate leadership group(41.8%),and high leadership-high influence group(50.7%).The profile membership of ICU nurses'clinical leadership was significantly affected by gender,educational attainment,teaching experience,and whether they had attended leadership courses(P<0.05).Conclusion There is heterogeneity in clinical leadership among ICU nurses.Nursing managers should implement interventions customized based on profile characteristics to effectively enhance leadership levels.关键词
