摘要
Abstract
This study examines three dimensions―spatial organization,technological platforms,and operational processes―to analyze how modular communities achieve integration of standardization and customization,synergy between infrastructure and flexible services,and effective planning-feedback mechanisms under digital empowerment.Case simulations demonstrate that this framework significantly enhances resource utilization efficiency,service precision,and community co-creation capabilities.It provides theoretical references and practical pathways for modernizing smart community development and urban governance.To advance digital transformation in urban governance,it is essential to leverage technology for good,aligning governance digitalization with principles of hierarchical and intelligent collaborative governance.This involves implementing multi-level empowerment strategies and stratified digital empowerment programs.关键词
