乳腺癌术后化疗患者自我倡权与疾病接受度的相关性
Correlation between Self-Advocacy and Disease Acceptance in Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Postoperative Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between the level of self-advocacy and disease acceptance in patients undergoing chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery.Method:By using the convenience sampling method,214 postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer admitted to People's Hospital of XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Kararnay Central Hospital from September 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects.The general information questionnaire,the Self-Initiative Scale for Female Cancer Patients,and the Disease Acceptance Scale were used for the investigation.Result:214 valid questionnaires were retrieved.The total score of self-advocacy of female cancer patients was(68.12±8.03)points,and the total score of disease acceptance was(18.66±4.42)points.Self-advocacy in female cancer patients was positively correlated with disease acceptance(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression showed that age,educational level,disease understanding and disease acceptance were the influencing factors of self-advocacy in female cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-advocacy level of patients undergoing chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery is above average and is influenced by multiple factors.Medical workers should identify the level of self-advocacy of female cancer patients as early as possible,provide them with channels for information transmission,enhance the level of self-advocacy,and formulate intervention measures based on influencing factors.关键词
