摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary bacterial infections.Method:50 patients with pulmonary bacterial infection(bacterial group)and 50 patients with pulmonary viral infection(viral group)who were treated in Nanping People's Hospital,Fujian Province from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected. The pathogen spectrum composition of the two groups was clarified. Both groups underwent PCT,CRP and IL-6 detections, and the differences were compared.Based on the clinical diagnosis results, compare the diagnostic value of individual detections of PCT,CRP,and IL-6 and their combined detections for pulmonary bacterial infections.Result:A total of 6 types of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 50 patients in the bacterial group, and some patients had mixed infections.A total of 5 types of pathogenic viruses were detected in 50 patients in the virus group, and there were no cases of mixed infection. The levels of PCT,CRP and IL-6 in the bacterial group were all higher than those in the viral group. The accuracy rate, sensitivity and negative predictive value of combined detection in the diagnosis of pulmonary bacterial infection were all higher than those of individual detections of PCT,CRP and IL-6,and the specificity and positive predictive value were significantly higher than those of individual detection of CRP,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PCT,CRP and IL-6 have significant value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary bacterial infections. The combined detection can improve the diagnostic accuracy.关键词
