Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect produced by the combination of Recombinant Human TNK Tissue Plasminogen Activator(rhTNK-tPA)and edaravone dexcamphenol in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Method:72 patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to Sihong Hospital in January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The time period ended in February 2025.The patients were grouped based on the admission time.Among them,the patients(36 cases)in the period from January 2023 to January 2024 received rhTNK-tPA treatment and were classified as the control group.A total of 36 patients admitted from February 2024 to February 2025 were included in the observation group(treated with rhTNK-tPA+edaravone and dexcamphenol),and the neurological function,therapeutic effect,cognitive function and vascular endothelial function of the two groups were compared.Result:The levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE),matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9),and central nervous system specific protein β(S100β)in the observation group after 7 days and 14 days of treatment were all lower than those in the control group.After 7 days of treatment,the levels of serum endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO)were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of each item of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA)and the level of testosterone(T)were higher than those in the control group.In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,the observation group was higher than the control group.The above differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of cerebral infarction,giving full play to the combined advantages of rhTNK-tPA and edaravone dexcamphenol can better restore the neurological function of patients,improve cognitive function and vascular endothelial function at the same time,and enhance the therapeutic effect.关键词
