三孔腹腔镜与经脐单孔腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy of ovarian cystectomy via three-port laparoscopy versus transumbilical single-port laparoscopy in patients with ovarian cysts.Method:A total of 98 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to the Youyang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly selected as the research subjects and divided into Group A and Group B using a random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Group A underwent traditional three-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,while Group B received transumbilical single-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.The complete cystectomy rates,ovarian reserve function indicators(estradiol and luteinizing hormone levels preoperatively and at 6 months postoperatively),first flatus time,and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the complete cystectomy rates between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 months postoperatively,estradiol levels were higher in Group B than in Group A.The levels of luteinizing hormone in Group B were lower than those in Group A.The time to first postoperative flatus and hospital stay in Group B were shorter than those in Group A.All the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with ovarian cysts,both three-port laparoscopy and transumbilical single-port laparoscopy can effectively remove the lesions.However,transumbilical single-port laparoscopy not only reduces the damage to ovarian reserve function but also shortens the recovery period for patients.关键词
