摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of a high dose of Suxiao Jiuxin Pill on the coronary arteries of patients with coronary heart disease using intravascular ultrasound(IVUS).Methods A total of 130 patients with stable angina pectoris requiring percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)guided by IVUS were randomly assigned to a trial group and a control group, with 65 cases in each group. Both groups received standardized Western medical treatment before PCI.After the procedure, patients in the trial group were administered Suxiao Jiuxin Pill(15 pellets,600 mg)sublingually, while patients in the control group received nitroglycerin tablets(0.5 mg)sublingually.Changes in the mean vessel diameter and vessel cross-sectional area at baseline diameters of 2.00,2.25,2.50,2.75,3.00,3.25,and 3.50 mm of non-intervened coronary arteries were measured and compared between the two groups before and 15 minutes after medication. The occurrence of adverse reactions was also recorded. Results Compared with baseline, both groups showed an increase in vessel cross-sectional area at corresponding diameters after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the trial group showed greater dilation in vessel cross-sectional area and mean vessel diameter at baseline diameters of 2.00 mm to 3.00 mm(P<0.05),while the degree of dilation was lower at a baseline diameter of 3.50 mm(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was observed in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions A high dose of Suxiao Jiuxin Pill exerts a dilatory effect on coronary arteries in patients with coronary heart disease, with particularly significant dilation observed in smaller coronary arteries. No serious adverse reactions were found during the treatment.关键词
