Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Jinzhen Oral Liquid(金振口服液)on T lymphocyte sub-sets and serum inflammatory factor levels in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)of wind-heat attacking the lung pattern.Methods A total of 112 children with MPP of wind-heat attacking the lung pattern admitted to the Department of Pediatric Internal Medicine,The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,from November 2023 to October 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and a treat-ment group using a random number table,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with se-quential therapy of azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with Jinzhen Oral Liquid on this basis.After 12 days of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated in both groups.Results The total ef-fective rate was 83.93％(47/56)in the control group and 96.43％(54/56)in the treatment group,with a statis-tically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).The fever resolution time,as well as the disap-pearance time of wet rales and cough,were significantly shortened in the treatment group compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no sta-tistically significant differences in serum levels of interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,IL-23,and C-reactive protein(CRP)between the two groups(P＞0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,serum levels of IL-1 β,IL-6,IL-23,and CRP were significantly decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment within the same group(P＜0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P＜0.05).Before treat-ment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of cluster of differentiation 3+(CD3+),cluster of differentiation 4+(CD4+),and CD4+/CD8+ratio between the two groups(P＞0.05),indicating compa-rability.After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+ratio were significantly increased in both groups compared with those before treatment within the same group(P＜0.05),and the increase was more sig-nificant in the treatment group(P＜0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treat-ment;occasional nausea was observed,but the symptoms were mild,and the children showed good tolerance without requiring symptomatic management.Conclusion Jinzhen Oral Liquid as an adjunctive therapy for children with MPP of wind-heat attacking the lung pattern achieves significant efficacy.It not only markedly im-proves the clinical symptoms and signs but also regulates immune function and reduces inflammatory re-sponses,with a high safety profile,meriting clinical promotion and application.关键词
