Effects of Different Formulations of Organic Fertilizer from Chinese Medicinal Residues on Yield and Quality of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos

Abstract
Objective:To screen suitable organic fertilizer formulations derived from Chinese medicinal residues for Lonicera japonica cultivation,improve the yield and quality of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,and provide a basis for the resource utilization of Chinese medicinal residues and the standardized cultivation of L.japonica.Methods:The four-season tree-type variety of L.japonica was used as the experimental material.Three treatments were established:chicken manure-based compound Chinese medicinal residue organic fertilizer(JF),shell powder-based compound Chinese medicinal residue organic fertilizer(BKF),and Bacillus subtilis+Trichoderma harzianum-based compound Chinese medicinal residue organic fertilizer(SW).A single application of Chinese medicinal residue organic fertilizer was used as the control(YZCK).Field experiments were conducted to compare the effects of different formulations on the growth of L.japonica,as well as the yield and quality of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.Results:All treatments significantly increased the yield of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,with the SW treatment showing the highest yield,which was 61.16%higher than that of the YZCK group.All formulations of Chinese medicinal residue organic fertilizers increased canopy width and bud length.The BKF and SW treatments significantly increased the content of total phenolic acids and improved the quality of the medicinal materials.Comprehensive evaluation based on principal component analysis indicated that the SW treatment had the best overall performance.Conclusion:The SW treatment showed the optimal effect and represented the best fertilization scheme under the conditions of this experiment.关键词
