Study on Quality Differences of Lilii Bulbus from Lanzhou Under Different Fertilization Treatments Based on AHP-entropy Weight Method and Multivariate Statistical Analysis

Abstract
Objective:This paper aims to optimize the best fertilization mode of Lilii bulbus from Lanzhou,clarify the quality differences of different fertilization treatments,and provide the basis for its green production.Methods:Microbial fertilizer(M),organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer(OI),combined application of microbial fertilizer and organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer(MOI),and control without fertilization(CK)were set up.The comprehensive weight coefficient of each evaluation indicator was determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-entropy weight method.By combining principal component analysis and correlation analysis,the quality differences of Lilii bulbus from Lanzhou under different fertilization treatments were systematically evaluated from appearance traits,color parameters,routine inspection items,nutrition,and active components.Results:There were significant differences in the quality of Lilii bulbus from Lanzhou under different fertilization treatments.Principal component analysis reduced the dimension of multiple quality indicators to three principal components,and the cumulative variance contribution rate exceeded 83.00%,which could effectively represent the comprehensive quality of Lilii bulbus from Lanzhou.There was a correlation among indicators.The comprehensive score of the AHP-entropy weight method showed that the MOI treatment had the highest score,which was significantly better than other treatments.Conclusion:AHP-entropy weight method combined with multivariate statistical analysis is suitable for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Chinese medicinal materials and agricultural products.MOI treatment is the preferred fertilization strategy to improve the quality of Lilii bulbus from Lanzhou and realize green and efficient production.关键词
