区域协同一体化创伤救治模式在严重创伤患者救治中的应用
Application of regional collaborative integrated trauma care model in the treat-ment of severely injured patients

Abstract
Objective To establish a regional integrated trauma care model and evaluate its impact on treatment efficiency,complications,and patient satisfaction in patients with severe trauma.Methods A prospective,non-simultaneous controlled quasi-experimental design was adopted.A total of 748 patients with severe trauma admit-ted to an advanced trauma center from January 2023 to December 2024 were enrolled.Among them,362 patients treated with the traditional workflow from January to December 2023 were assigned to the control group,while 386 patients treated with the regional integrated trauma care model from January to December 2024 were assigned to the experimental group.The two groups were compared in terms of treatment efficiency indicators,including time to whole-body rapid CT scan,time to rapid FAST assessment,time to emergency blood transfusion prepara-tion,time to emergency surgery preparation,success rate of resuscitation,incidence of in-hospital complications,and patient satisfaction.Results The experimental group showed significantly better outcomes in all treatment effi-ciency indicators compared with the control group(P＜0.05).The overall incidence of complications was signif-icantly lower(P＜0.05),and patient satisfaction was higher.Although the success rate of resuscitation was im-proved(98.70％vs 97.79％),the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.322).Conclusion The re-gional integrated trauma care model significantly enhances treatment efficiency,reduces the incidence of in-hos-pital complications,and improves patient experience in severe trauma cases.Compared with previous integrated models focusing solely on in-hospital workflow optimization,this model offers a new practical pathway for impro-ving the overall efficiency of regional trauma care systems.关键词
