特殊穴位针刺治疗外展神经麻痹的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Special Acupoint Acupuncture in the Treatment of Abducens Nerve Palsy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of special acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of abducens nerve palsy,and compare the efficacy with traditional acupuncture and drugs in the treatment of abducens nerve palsy.Methods:The clinical data of 97 patients with abducens nerve palsy treated by Department of Ophthalmology,Baoding Hospital of Guang'anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from June 2020 to March 2022 were analyzed retrospectively,including 40 cases receiving special acupoint acupuncture therapy(special group),30 cases receiving traditional acupuncture therapy(traditional group)and 30 cases receiving pure drug therapy(drug group).The onset time,clinical efficacy and course of treatment of patients in each group were compared and analyzed.Results:The onset time of special group was significantly faster than that of traditional group and drug group(P<0.05);The total clinical effective rate of special group was significantly higher than that of traditional group and drug group(P<0.05);The duration of treatment in the special group was significantly shorter than that in the traditional group and the drug group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of patients in the special group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group and the drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional acupuncture and drug therapy,special acupoint acupuncture has faster effect,shorter course of treatment,more significant curative effect and higher satisfaction.It is worth popularizing and applying.关键词
