大柴胡汤联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压肝火亢盛证患者的疗效分析
Efficacy Analysis of Dachaihu Decoction Combined with Amlodipine Besylate in Treating Hypertension Patients with Liver Fire Hyperactivity Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combination of Dachaihu Decoction and amlodipine besylate in treating hypertension with liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome.Methods:A total of 148 hypertensive patients with liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome admitted to Pingyi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between January 2022 and January 2025 were divided into control group(n=74,amlodipine besylate)and combined group(n=74,Dachaihu Decoction combined with amlodipine besylate)according to the random number table method.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms scores and 24 h ambulatory blood pressure were compared between both groups,and the safety and quality of life in the two groups were evaluated.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy in the combined group was enhanced after treatment(P<0.05)while the scores of TCM syndromes were reduced(P<0.05).The 24 h average systolic,24 h average diastolic blood pressures,daytime average systolic blood pressure,daytime average diastolic blood pressure,nighttime average systolic blood pressure and nighttime average diastolic blood pressure in the combined group after treatment were decreased compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various dimensions of quality of life brief scale were increased in the combined group after treatment(P<0.05).No significant difference was exhibited in the occurrence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dachaihu Decoction combined with amlodipine besylate has significant efficacy in the treatment of hypertensive patients with liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome,and it can effectively reduce blood pressure,improve symptoms,and enhance the quality of life,with guaranteed safety.关键词
