赤霉素对滇重楼种子萌发生理特性的影响
Effects of Gibberellin on Physiological Characteristics of Seed Germination of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis

Abstract
Taking seeds of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis as the test materials,different concentrations of gibberellin 3(GA3)and gibberellin 4(GA4)were adopted.The effects of different gibberellin types and concentrations on seed germination and physiological regulation of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis were studied by measuring seed germination rate,antioxidant enzyme activity,endogenous hormone content and nutrient content,in order to clarify the physiological mechanism of gibberellin regulating seed germination of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis.The results showed that the order of germination and embryo rates across treatments was as follows,200 mg·L-1 GA3>100 mg·L-1 GA4>100 mg·L-1 GA3>200 mg·L-1 GA4>control(CK).The 200 mg·L-1 GA3 treatment significantly enhanced the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT).It also promoted a shift in the metabolic pathway from the tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle to the pentose phosphate pathway(PPP).Furthermore,this treatment increased the contents of GA4 and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),reduced abscisic acid(ABA)levels,and elevated the ratios of IAA/ABA and GA4/ABA.In addition,it facilitated the decomposition of starch and increased the contents of soluble protein and free amino acids.In conclusion,treatment with an appropriate concentration of GA3 can enhance both germination capacity and antioxidant capability in Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis seeds,thereby supporting the cultivation of high-quality seedlings.关键词
