Effects of Organic Fertilizer on Rhizosphere Soil Metabolites and Bacterial Communities Diversity in C.pilosula
摘要
Abstract
Taking Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.)Nannf.seedlings as the material, metabolomics and 16S rRNA microbial diversity sequencing methods were employed to investigate the differential metabolites and species among three treatments, blank control(DCK),organic fertilizer application at 900 kg·hm-2(D1),and 1 800 kg·hm-2(D2),in order to provide reference for the ecological cultivation of C.pilosula.The results showed that metabolomics analysis revealed that there were 215,481,and 229 differential metabolites in D1-vs-DCK,D2-vs-DCK,and D1-vs-D2,included lobetyolin, galabiose, and choline,et al,respectively. These metabolites were enriched in 75,140,and 51 KEGG pathways, included aminoacyl tRNA biosynthesis, pentose phosphate pathway, and biosynthesis of various alkaloids, etc, respectively. With the increase of organic fertilizer application, the Observed species index,Chao1 index,Shannon index, and Simpson index of the rhizosphere soil bacterial communities of C.pilosula showed an upward trend. At the genus level, there were 14,18,and 15 differential species in D1-vs-DCK,D2-vs-DCK,and D1-vs-D2,included Ahniella,Bdellovibrio, and Flavobacterium genera, respectively. The relative abundance of some differential species were significantly correlated with the expression levels of differential metabolites. In summary, organic fertilizer positively influenced the metabolites and bacterial communities diversity in the rhizosphere soil of C.pilosula, with a more pronounced effect at an application rate of 1 800 kg·hm-2.关键词
