基于熵病理论探讨胃癌"虚-郁-毒-衰"病机演变及治疗思路
Exploration of the pathogenesis evolution and treatment strategies of gastric cancer from the perspective of deficiency-stagnation-toxicity-exhaustion based on the theory of entropy disease

Abstract
Based on the entropy disease theory,this paper systematically explores the evolutionary patterns of TCM pathogenesis in gastric cancer and proposes a staged progression model centered on"deficiency-stagnation-toxicity-exhaustion."Among them,"deficiency"refers to the impairment of the middle energizer and insufficient intake of negative entropy,marking the onset of entropy increase;"stagnation"involves the accumulation of turbid pathogens,leading to a sharp rise in entropy value;"toxicity"signifies the internal generation of cancer toxins,resulting in an uncontrolled increase in entropy;and"exhaustion"represents the collapse of primordial qi,reaching the limit of entropy increase.On this basis,a staged treatment based on syndrome differentiation based on the principle of"regulating entropy and restoring order"is established,which includes methods such as strengthening the spleen and boosting qi to support healthy qi and absorb entropy,regulating qi and relieving stagnation to resolve turbidity and reduce entropy,detoxifying and dissipating nodules to suppress tumor progression and regulate entropy,and consolidating the root,fostering the source,and restoring yang to control entropy.By integrating the entropy disease theory with the TCM pathogenesis model,this paper provides a new theoretical framework and research direction for understanding the nature of gastric cancer and guiding the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer through integrated Chinese and Western medicine from the perspective of systemic order.关键词
