Discussion on transformation of inflammation-cancer and prevention and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis based on the loss of Taiyin

Abstract
"The loss of Taiyin"is the core pathogenesis of the inflammation-cancer transformation of chronic atrophic gastritis.According to the theory of"opening and closing pivot"in the"Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic.Discourse on the Separation and Combination of Yin and Yang",Taiyin governs the opening phase,presiding over the initiation of material metabolism and energy consumption;When Taiyin fails to open,the transport and transformation functions of the spleen and stomach are impaired,causing the ascending qi to become constrained in the middle jiao,which in turn gives rise to"yin fire encroaching upon the earth position",which is a pathological state of internally generated yin fire as described by Li Dongyuan.This theoretical framework aligns closely with the reprogramming of energy metabolism in modern medicine.Abnormal local energy metabolism in the gastrointestinal tract leads to the accumulation of pathological products,thereby inducing inflammation responses and even the transformation of inflammation into cancer.Based on this foundation,this article systematically elucidates the pathological mechanism of"The loss of Taiyin"in the process of inflammation-cancer transformation in chronic atrophic gastritis and proposes corresponding prevention and treatment strategies guided by this theory.By integrating the"opening and closing pivot"theory to govern the relationship between spleen-stomach transportation and energy metabolism,the analysis identifies that the failure of Taiyin opening is a critical juncture in the inflammation-cancer transportation,providing a theoretical basis and therapeutic approach for clinical intervention in the progression of chronic atrophic gastritis from the perspective of"opening Taiyin,regulating ascending and descending,and clearing yin fire."关键词
