基于温病学理论辨治过敏性疾病
Treatment based on syndrome differentiation of allergic diseases based on warm disease theory

Abstract
Allergic diseases are fundamentally rooted in yin deficiency and characterized by wind movement as the manifesting symptom.Treatment should focus on eliminating pathogenic factors while preserving vital energy,thus avoiding the error of further weakening a depleted constitution.The core therapeutic principle proposed is to use light,clear,and dispersing methods to promote upward dispersion and regulate the middle jiao.Clinically,formulas such as Yin Qiao San,Yu Ping Feng San,Shen Ling Bai Zhu San,and Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan are selected according to different stages of the disease.Based on the syndrome differentiation theory of warm disease,a diagnostic and therapeutic framework involving the wei,ying,and sanjiao levels has been established to guide clinical practice for allergic disorders.Two clinical cases have verified the effectiveness and practicality of this wei-ying-sanjiao framework,simplifying overly complex classification systems,reflecting the fundamental holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,and highlighting the unique advantages and academic vitality of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory in treating allergic diseases.关键词
