Exploration of the pathogenesis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of scleroderma based on the theory of host-guest interaction-collateral disease
摘要
Abstract
This paper elaborates on the importance of"the host-guest interaction-collateral disease"theory in the pathogenesis of scleroderma.On this basis,it is proposed that deficiency of healthy qi and malnourishment of the collaterals are fundamental causes of the disease,while invasion of external pathogens and guest attacks on the collaterals serve as initial triggering factors of the disease,and the interaction of phlegm and blood stasis and the obstruction of collateral pathways are identified as the key to the core pathogenesis.Furthermore,taking"supporting the host and expelling the guest"as the basic treatment principle for scleroderma,combined with multiple methods,provides theoretical basis and clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies for TCM in treatment based on syndrome differentiationthe of scleroderma.关键词
