熵病视角下特发性肺纤维化的动态病机观及治疗策略
Dynamic pathogenesis and therapeutic strategies of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis from the perspective of entropy disease

Abstract
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a chronic pulmonary collateral disease characterized by irreversible decline in lung function,and there is no effective radical treatment in clinical practice.Based on the second law of thermodynamics,the theory of entropy disease reveals that the essence of the disease is the imbalance of ordered homeostasis caused by the increase of entropy in the body,and its theoretical core is intrinsically unified with the pathological development process of IPF.From the perspective of the integration of entropy disease theory and collateral disease theory,the essence of IPF is the entropy increase process of the evolution of the pulmonary collateral system from a relatively orderly physiological state to a highly disordered fibrotic state:in the initial stage,the lung and spleen are dysfunctional,the phlegm and blood stasis obstructs the collaterals,the pulmonary interstitial metabolism is disordered,and the entropy value is slowly rising;in the progressive stage,heat toxin accumulation and lung collateral damage lead to the imbalance in lung microenvironment homeostasis,accelerating entropy increase;in the terminal stage,yin and yang are deficient and decline,lung collaterals are withered,the regulation mechanism collapses,and the entropy increase breaks through the threshold.Based on this,a three-stage treatment strategy of"entropy-reducing and collateral-recovering"is proposed,which includes regulating qi and resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,clearing heat and detoxifying,nourishing yin and consolidating collaterals,tonifying the kidney and cultivating primordial qi,and nourishing collaterals and consolidating the root.This therapy blocks the progress of IPF by correcting metabolic disorders,improving the imbalance of microenvironment,and restoring the body's regulatory function.关键词
