城市数智化转型对创业活跃度的影响研究
Research on the impact of urban digital and intelligent transformation on entrepreneurial activity

Abstract
Can urban digital and intelligent transformation become an effective support for entrepreneurship?This is an important issue for promoting high-quality economic development by exploring the advantages of urban transformation under the background of the digital economy.Taking the pilot policies of Broadband China and Smart City as the exogenous shock of urban digital and intelligent transformation,this paper employs the multi-period difference-in-differences model to investigate the entrepreneurial promotion effect of urban digital and intelligent transformation,adopting the data of micro enterprises in 281 prefecture-level cities from 2010 to 2022.The results show that urban digital and intelligent transformation significantly improves entrepreneurial activity,and the synergistic effect of the dual pilot policies is stronger than that of a single policy.Mechanism analysis indicates that urban digital and intelligent transformation can boost entrepreneurship by expanding entrepreneurial opportunities,providing resource support,and reducing entrepreneurial costs.Heterogeneity test finds that the promotion effect is more prominent in cities with superior geographical location and higher administrative rank.In terms of start-up types,urban digital and intelligent transformation significantly promotes high-quality entrepreneurship.This study enriches the literature in the field of entrepreneurship and provides important enlightenment for policymakers to formulate relevant decisions on stimulating entrepreneurship and promoting urban digital and intelligent transformation.关键词
