数据要素市场化能否实现减污降碳协同治理?
Can marketization of data factors realize the collaborative governance of pollution reduction and carbon abatement?

Abstract
The marketization of data factors is an important path to empower green and low-carbon development and solve environmental governance dilemmas.Its impact and mechanism on the collaborative effect of pollution reduction and carbon abatement have become a key issue in academic research and practical practice.Taking the establishment of local data factor platforms as a quasi-natural experiment,this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the relationship between data factor marketization and the collaborative effect of pollution reduction and carbon abatement based on the panel data of 282 cities in China from 2003 to 2022.The study finds that the advancement of data factor marketization can effectively enhance the regional collaborative effect of pollution reduction and carbon abatement,and the conclusion remains significant after robustness tests such as parallel trend test and PSM test.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the data factor market is more likely to exert a collaborative promotion effect in cities with a high level of digital infrastructure and a low degree of industrialization.Further research confirms that local government environmental attention and corporate green innovation are important transmission mechanisms between data factor marketization and the collaborative effect of pollution reduction and carbon abatement.关键词
