农村电商对县域收入分化的影响
The impact of rural E-commerce on county-level income differentiation:An empirical test based on policy funding differences and dual-dimensional gap decomposition

Abstract
In the process of promoting high-quality rural development under the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the problem of county-level income differentiation has become prominent,and the Comprehensive Demonstration Policy of E-Commerce Entering Rural Areas has become an important measure to solve this problem.Adopting the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method to capture the dual-dimensional income gaps within and between counties,this paper identifies the main policy effects through the staggered DID method based on panel data of 2 450 county-level administrative regions from 2011 to 2023.This paper employs the DDD method to reveal the impact of differentiated central financial support on policy effectiveness,and analyzes the effects,mechanisms and heterogeneous characteristics of the policy.The results show that the policy significantly widens the intra-county income gap and narrows the inter-county income gap,and the effect is enhanced with the increase of central financial support intensity,and the conclusion passes a series of robustness tests.The policy exerts the above effects relying on the development of e-commerce enterprises and the cultivation of e-commerce talents,and the brand building of distinctive agricultural products can narrow the intra-county income gap,forming complementary paths.In terms of heterogeneity,the policy under differentiated financial support has a more significant effect on widening the intra-county income gap and narrowing the inter-county income gap in counties lifted out of poverty;the policy has a more significant effect on widening both intra-county and inter-county income gaps in major grain-producing counties.This study provides a reference for empowering rural revitalization through e-commerce and optimizing the fund allocation of pro-rural policies.关键词
