人工草型池塘中沉水植物种植对水体理化因子和浮游生物的影响
Effects of submerged plant cultivation on water physicochemical parameters and plankton in artificial grass-type ponds

Abstract
This study constructed ponds planted with Vallisneria natans and Myriophyllum verticillatum at planting densities of 60 plants/m2 and 20 plants/m2 to investigate the relationship between physicochemical parameters and zooplankton composition in artificial grass-type ponds.Through seasonal sampling and comparison with source ponds,the effects of submerged plants on water physicochemical parameters and plankton composition were systematically analyzed.The results indicated that significant differences existed between grass ponds and source ponds in submerged plant density and biomass.WT in grass ponds was slightly higher than in source ponds;SD and pH in grass ponds were significantly higher than in source ponds;DO in grass ponds were slightly lower than in source ponds;TP,TN,NH3-N,and NO-2-N concentrations in grass ponds were sig-nificantly lower than in source ponds.Phytoplankton density and biomass in grass ponds were significantly low-er than in source ponds;metazoan zooplankton density and biomass in grass ponds were slightly lower than in source ponds.Phytoplankton in the grass pond comprised 6 phyla,25 genera,and 41 species,while the source pond contained 8 phyla,39 genera,and 57 species.Spirogyra communis exhibited the highest dominance in the grass pond,whereas Schroederia setigera dominated the source pond.A total of 23 metazoan zooplankton species were detected in the grass pond,while 35 species were found in the source pond.Nauplii copepods ex-hibited the highest dominance in the grass pond,whereas Polyarthra trigla rotifers showed the highest dominance in the source pond.RDA analysis and Pearson correlation matrices revealed that submerged plants were the core limiting factor driving water physicochemical parameters,while zooplankton biomass and community composi-tion are synergistically regulated by both factors.This research demonstrates that artificially planted submerged plants significantly improve water quality,creating a low-nutrient,high-SD,high-DO,and high-pH aquatic environment.Through synergistic mechanism between submerged plant and water quality,they regulate zoo-plankton community composition.This model can provide a partial reference for maintaining pond ecological stability and promoting fishery development.关键词
