NaHCO3碱度、NaCl盐度以及盐碱混合对方正银鲫幼鱼的急性毒理研究
Acute toxicity study of NaHCO3 alkalinity,NaCl salinity,and combined salt-alkali effects onCarassius auratus gibelio fry

Abstract
This study employed 3-month-old C.auratus gibelio as subjects to investigate the tolerance of Carassius auratus gibelio in saline-alkali environments.Using a 96-hour acute stress test method at a water temperature of(24±1)℃,the fish were exposed to six alkalinity gradient solutions ranging from 0 to 150 mmol/L,and eight salinity gradients ranging from 0 to 14 g/L.Based on the LC50 values from single-factor toxicity tests for alkalin-ity and salinity,combined toxicity effects were evaluated using dual-column combinations with alkalinity gradi-ents of 30 and 60 mmol/L and salinity gradients of 6,8,and 10 g/L.The results showed that the half-lethal concentrations(LC50)of alkalinity for 3-month-old C.auratus gibelio at 12,24,48,72,and 96 h were 122.37,93.78,82.58,74.20,and 68.13 mmol/L,respectively,with a safe concentration(SC)of 19.21 mmol/L.For salinity,the LC50 values at 12,24,48,72,and 96 h were 14.14,13.41,13.30,13.11,and 12.65 g/L,respectively,with a safe concentration(SC)of 3.92 g/L.Under combined salt-alkali stress,when alkalinity was 30 mmol/L,the LC50 values for salinity at 24,48,72,and 96 h for silver crucian carp fry were 13.02,10.74,9.92,and 9.33 g/L,respectively.At an alkalinity of 60 mmol/L,the LC50 values at 12,24,48,72,and 96 h were 9.84,8.50,5.32,5.33,and 2.61 g/L,respectively.At alkalinity lev-els of 30 mmol/L and 60 mmol/L,the salinity SC values were 2.19 g/L and 0.62 g/L,respectively.At salin-ities of 6,8,and 10 g/L,the SC values for alkalinity were 9.41,5.09,and 4.35 mmol/L,respectively.The AI indices for the combined toxicity of salinity and alkalinity to the square-headed C.auratus gibelio were all negative,indicating an antagonistic effect.The toxic effects of the combined salt-alkali mixture were greater than those of salt or alkalinity alone but less than the theoretical sum of the two.关键词
