Abstract
Using pyrrole,phytic acid,and ferric chloride as raw materials,the hydrogel was rapidly synthesized via a one-pot method,followed by high-temperature calcination to obtain ferric oxide/nitrogen-phosphorus-doped carbon nanomaterials(Fe2O3/NP-C).The morphology and structure of the as-prepared Fe2O3/NP-C were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Fe2O3/NP-C exhibited high oxidase-like activity,enabling efficient catalysis of colorless 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)oxidation to blue oxidized TMB(oxTMB).Based on the pronounced inhibitory effect of glutathione(GSH)on this chromogenic system,a highly sensitive and rapid colorimetric sensor for GSH detection was constructed.Under the optimized conditions,the developed sensor showed a linear detection range for GSH from 0.1 μmol/L to 20 μmol/L with a detection limit(3σ)of 57 nmol/L.The results showed that GSH suppressed the reaction through a dual-pathway mechanism,which could both scavenge the superoxide radicals and hydroxyl radicals generated during the catalytic process and directly reduce the oxidation product oxTMB.The sensor exhibited excellent selectivity for GSH and was successfully applied to quantitative determination of GSH in cell lysates.关键词
