环境规制视角下资源禀赋对农户绿色生产行为的影响研究
Impact of resource endowments on farmers' green production behaviors from the perspective of environmental regulation:Evidence from six provinces along the Yellow River Basin

Abstract
Under the dual challenges of intensifying global climate change and tightening resource constraints,China is actively exploring agricultural green development models with local characteristics.Based on 2,032 survey data collected from six provinces and regions in the Yellow River Basin,this study employs a Multivariate Probit Model to explore the influence mechanism of resource endowment on farmers' green production behaviors,and further examines the differentiated moderating effects of environmental regulations.The results indicate that there exist significant complementary effects among three types of green production behaviors:deep tillage adoption,organic fertilizer application,and green control techniques adoption,revealing the joint decision-making characteristics of farmers in technology adoption.The impact of resource endowment on different types of green production behaviors exhibits significant heterogeneity,uncovering multidimensional pathways through which resource endowment influences green production behaviors.Environmental regulations play a moderating role in the relationship between resource endowment and farmers' green production behaviors.Specifically,the synergistic function among coercive,incentive,and guiding environmental regulations alleviates the inhibitory effects of resource endowment deficiencies on the adoption of green production behaviors.Policy cognition exerts a mediating effect in the pathway from resource endowment to farmers' green production behaviors through the"capability-cognition-behavior"transmission mechanism.Local governments should strengthen the structural alignment between environmental regulations and farmers' resource endowment to promote the widespread adoption and continuous deepening of green production behaviors.关键词
