基于NHANES数据库的膳食炎症指数与心肾代谢综合征的关联性研究
The association between dietary inflammatory index and cardiorenal metabolic syndrome:a study using NHANES data

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the association between the dietary inflammation index(DII)and cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic(CKM)syndrome.Methods:The data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES)from 1999 to 2020 was used.Participants were classified into four stages based on the clinical severity of CKM syndrome.The DII was calculated using dietary recall data.Univariate analysis(analysis of variance for continuous variables and chi-square test for categorical variables)and multinomial logistic regression were employed to examine the association between DII and CKM syndrome.Additionally,a trend test(Ptrend)was conducted to assess the linear trend across DII quartiles in relation to CKM syndrome stages.Results:The final analysis included 16 530 participants,with CKM syndrome stages ranging from 0 to 4 at baseline.The overall mean DII score was 1.40±1.85,and DII quartiles showed a significant increasing trend with advancing CKM syndrome stages.The multinomial logistic regression analysis indicated that,after adjusting for confounders,higher DII scores remained associated with an increased risk of CKM syndrome.In the fully adjusted model,the highest DII quartile(Q4)demonstrated the most pronounced risk for CKM stage 4.Conclusion:Elevated DII scores may influence the onset and progression of CKM syndrome through the potential mechanism of promoting systemic inflammation.Early identification and intervention targeting high dietary inflammatory load,along with the promotion of anti-inflammatory dietary patterns,should be emphasized for the effective prevention and management of CKM syndrome.关键词
