苹果PP2C基因家族鉴定及对外源ABA处理的响应模式分析
Identification of the PP2C gene family in apple and analysis of response patterns to exogenous ABA treatment

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to investigate the expression patterns of the 2C type protein phosphatase(PP2C)gene family in the ABA-mediated ripening process of apple fruit,and lays a theo-retical foundation for enriching the molecular mechanisms regulating apple fruit ripening.[Method]Bioinformatics methods were employed to analyze the physicochemical properties,phylogeny,gene structure,chromosomal localization,and collinearity of the PP2C gene family.Additionally,quantita-tive real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)was used to detect the expression trends of PP2C genes during apple maturation.[Result]A total of 128 PP2C genes were identified in the apple genome,which were clas-sified into 12 distinct clades based on their phylogenetic relationships.Among them,12 genes did not belong to any known subfamily and formed independent branches.Collinearity analysis revealed that segmental duplication is a major driving force for the expansion of the apple PP2C gene family.Further qRT-PCR analysis indicated that,compared to the control fruit,exogenous ABA treatment signifi-cantly up-regulated three MdPP2C genes(MdPP2C13/46/69)while down-regulating the expression of nine MdPP2C genes(MdPP2C11/17/18/22/33/36/87/105/109)under ABA induction.These results suggest that PP2C genes play a crucial regulatory role in the maturation of apple fruit mediated by exo-genous ABA treatment.[Conclusion]A total of 128 PP2C gene family members were identified from the apple genome,among which 12 MdPP2C genes may be involved in ABA-mediated apple fruit rip-ening and play a regulatory role in it.关键词
