摘要

Abstract

To minimize the impact of pumping on the performance of fresh concrete,this study examined the effect of retarder dosage on the fluidity of fresh concrete and evaluated the influence of aggregate grading optimization on the pumping performance of concrete.The results indicate that the addition of a retarder effectively inhibits cement hydration and prolongs the setting time of concrete.1.0%retarder dosage yields the optimal improvement in concrete flowability after 6 hours of standing.Replacing 10%of the continuous graded coarse aggregate with large-sized aggregate optimizes the aggregate gradation of pumped concrete,mitigating the detrimental effects of aggregates during cyclic pumping and achieving the optimal workabitity,rheological properties,and compressive strength.Combining concrete retarding technology with aggregate grading optimization achieves dual improvements in work performance and aggregate stability during the pumping process,thereby enhancing the pumpability of concrete.
