Abstract
Cable laying vessELS(CLVS)serve as the core equipment for major marine engineering projects including subma-rine communication,offshore wind power,and offshore oil and gas development,characterized by high technical barriers,high in-vestment intensity,and high added value.At present,the global CLV industry presents a landscape of"China's rapid rise and Eu-rope-America's leading position",driven by the national"Maritime Power"strategy,China's domestic industry has achieved rapid development with robust market demand.In contrast,the European and American industry,with advantages of high technological maturity and excellent environmental performance,has its leading enterprises dominating the high-end market.In the future,the in-dustry will evolve toward the directions of"large-scale hulls,diversified functions,intelligent operation informatization,and clean energy utilization",which will provide critical support for China to implement the"Maritime Power"strategy,achieve the"Dual Car-bon"goals,and construct the global energy internet.关键词
