摘要
Abstract
RNA alternative splicing(AS)refers to the rearrangement of introns and exons in pre-mRNA by the spliceosome under the guidance of a series of RNA-binding proteins(RBPs),generating multiple transcripts.As one of the important post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms in animals and plants,AS extensively regulates various physiological processes including muscle growth and development.This re-view summarizes AS events during livestock and poultry muscle growth,development and meat quality formation,aiming to provide research references for improving growth performance and meat quality com-petitiveness of livestock and poultry in China.关键词
