Syndrome differentiation and treatment strategies for slow transit constipation based on the theory of"with five zang organs as the core"
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theory of"with the five zang organs as the core",it is believed that the core pathogenesis of slow transit constipation lies in the dysfunction of qi transformation of the five zang organs and the impediment of intestinal transportation,and its treatment should prioritize harmonizing the five zang organs to restore the intestinal transportation function.In its early stage,the disease is mostly caused by lung and spleen qi deficiency,resulting in impaired qi transformation and failed transportation of contents in the intestines,which should be treated by invigorating the lung and spleen,activating qi transformation in the upper jiao,and restoring the transportation function in the middle jiao.In its advanced stage,it is mostly induced by depressed liver and depleted kidney,intestinal collateral obstruction,which should be treated by dispersing stagnated liver qi and warming the kidney,relieving qi stagnation and cold coagulation,and clearing yin binding and blockage.Its recovery period is often accompanied by blood deficiency and dispiritedness,dry and withered intestines,which should be treated by nourishing the heart and regulating the spirit,replenishing nutrient-blood and moistening intestinal collaterals,and calming the mind and regulating qi.At the same time,it is stressed that its clinical treatment should be grounded in rigidly adhering to theory and flexibly adopting effective approaches,integrating syndrome differentiation of both zang organs and fu viscera,appropriately employing varying treatment methods.This paper is meant to explore the syndrome differentiation and treatment of slow transit constipation from the perspective of"harmonizing the five organs",in hope of offering new ideas for clinical dynamic understanding,prevention and treatment of this disease.关键词
