基于"土壅木郁"理论探讨肉芽肿性乳腺炎的辨治思路与诊疗策略
Ideas and strategies for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of granulomatous mastitis based on the theory of"earth stagnation and wood depression"

Abstract
Granulomatous mastitis is a refractory breast disease,which seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine is verified to have certain advantages in the treatment of this disease.Based on the theory of"earth congestion and wood depression"in traditional Chinese medicine and the relevant research of modern medicine,this paper argues that spleen and stomach deficiency constitutes the internal basis of its pathogenesis,while the dysfunction of the liver in controlling conveyance and dispersion is the pathological trend of granulomatous mastitis.At the same time,combined with the team's long-term clinical practice,three major diagnosis and treatment strategies for it are proposed,namely,the combination of holistic treatment and local treatment,the combination of disease treatment and individual treatment,and the combination of surgery and Chinese medicines.The integration of multiple methods can effectively improve the overall efficacy of granulomatous mastitis,providing a reference for its treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
