燕京赵氏皮科流派气血津液理论治疗红皮病型银屑病的临床经验
Clinical experience of Zhao's dermatology school in Yanjing in the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis based on the theory of qi,blood and body fluids

Abstract
Erythrodermic psoriasis,as a serious systemic inflammatory skin disease,is characterized by diffuse erythema,swelling,infiltration and extensive desquamation,and its condition often develops rapidly or chronically,which has a significant impact on patients'physiology and psychology.In its long-term clinical practice,Zhao's dermatology school in Yanjing has formed a diagnosis and treatment system based on syndrome differentiation and treatment by stages and combination of internal and external factors in view of the pathogenesis evolution of the disease at different stages.For the acute advanced stage,its management draws on the theory of febrile diseases,focusing on clearing away heat and detoxifying to curb the disease in the early stage,and focusing on invigorating qi,nourishing yin and fostering healthy qi in the later stage.For the chronic protracted stage,its intervention features flexibly employing the syndrome differentiation of qi,blood and body fluids,closely following the key pathogeneses such as blood heat,body fluid depletion,blood stasis,phlegm and fluid retention,water dampness,and carrying out systematic regulation and treatment.This paper aims to systematically sort out the academic experience of Zhao's dermatology school in Yanjing in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,deeply trace its theoretical origins of"treating psoriasis from blood",analyze the evolution process of its theoretical connotation,and further summarize the theoretical construction and clinical deepening process of this school in treating erythrodermic psoriasis under the syndrome differentiation of qi,blood and body fluids,in order to provide new diagnostic ideas and theoretical references for the clinical treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
