黄芪保心汤治疗介入术后气虚血瘀型不稳定型心绞痛
Research on the application effect of Huangqi Baoxin Decoction in unstable angina pectoris patients with the syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency after percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of Huangqi Baoxin Decoction in unstable angina pectoris patients with the syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 178 patients with unstable angina pectoris who underwent PCI in the Luoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were identified as having the syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency.By means of a random number table,they were randomly allocated into two groups,each consisting of 89 individuals.After the surgical procedure,the control group was given standard Western medicine treatment,whereas the observation group received Huangqi Baoxin Decoction on top of the conventional treatment.Both groups received a four-week treatment course.The blood lipid levels,inflammatory cytokine levels,vascular endothelial function,dynamic electrocardiogram(ECG)findings,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before treatment and four weeks after medication.Adverse reactions during the medication period were recorded.Results Four weeks after medication,the observation group showed significantly lower blood lipid levels,inflammatory cytokine levels,and TCM syndrome scores compared to the control group,and the vascular endothelial function and dynamic ECG findings were significantly improved in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Baoxin Decoction can significantly improve the blood lipid levels,inflammatory markers,vascular endothelial function,and clinical symptoms in unstable angina pectoris patients with the syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency after PCI,with good safety.关键词
