Review on Intelligent Detection and Evaluation Technology Researches of Elevator Belt Suspension Device

Abstract
Polyurethane flat traction sheathed belts,as a new type of elevator traction device,are widely used due to their excellent fatigue resistance and low noise.However,during long-term use,internal steel wire rope breakage and sheath cracking are proned to occur,posing a threat to the safety of elevator operation.In response to the issues such as low efficiency and high subjectivity of the traditional single detection method for elevator covering belts,a systematic review of the research progress of intelligent detection and evaluation technologies are presented.Concerning the quality and safety conditions of elevator covering belts,current intelligent technologies are reviewed,which are carried out extensive and in-depth research on the detection and evaluation of elevator covering belts from diverse perspectives.An intelligent evaluation system integrating multi-modal information fusion is developed.This system can accurately identify damages and predict the lifespan of elevator covering belts,thus breaking through the limitations of traditional detection methods and providing a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of elevators.Furthermore,several problems in the current research are pointed out:single non-destructive testing method might not fully detect damage information.The detection efficiency is relatively low,and there is a lack of accurate and reliable technical means to assess the damage state of elevator covering belts.In addition,discussions are held on future research directions and technological improvements.Scientifically,it expounds on the development trend of intelligent detection equipment for elevator covering belts,aiming to improve the automation level of special equipment inspection and testing.关键词
