摘要

Abstract

The application landscape of industrial robots is currently exhibiting significant trends towards intelligence,flexibility,and diversified application scenarios.Concurrently,requirements for high speed,high precision,high stability,and lightweight design in industrial robots are becoming increasingly stringent.Vibration has emerged as a key limiting factor constraining the improvement of dynamic performance in industrial robots.An in-depth analysis of promising application prospects for industrial robots is provided and a focused review of advanced vibration measurement methods developed both domestically and internationally is offered.The current state of vibration measurement equipment and error research are analyzed,recent progress in the calibration of accelerometers used for vibration measurement is introduced,and a summary and outlook is concluded.Vibration measurement technology serves as a core enabling approach to overcome the dynamic performance bottlenecks of industrial robots.Its value permeates three key dimensions:precision enhancement,reliability reinforcement,and intelligent upgrading.It has become a fundamental pillar supporting the transition of industrial robots towards high-precision,high-reliability,and intelligent operation.The maturity level of this technology will directly determine the dynamic performance limits and scenario adaptability of the next generation of industrial robots.
